glacier-node provides pet care services including grooming, boarding, dog walking, pet sitting, and training. Service availability, pricing, and specific terms are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We require:

• At least 48 hours notice for cancellation of standard appointments
• At least 7 days notice for cancellation of boarding reservations
• Full payment or deposit as specified at booking confirmation

Cancellations made with insufficient notice may incur charges as outlined in your booking confirmation.

Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet
• Ensure your pet's vaccinations are current and provide documentation
• Disclose any health conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements
• Provide emergency contact information
• Collect your pet at the agreed time

Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to any animal that we believe poses a risk to our staff, other animals, or itself. If your pet becomes ill or injured while in our care, we will attempt to contact you immediately. In emergencies, we may seek veterinary care at your expense.

Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of animals in our care, we cannot guarantee against all incidents. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions or illnesses
• Injuries resulting from your pet's own behaviour
• Damage to personal belongings left with your pet
• Consequential or indirect losses

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information
